Who is Angel?

It's all about balance

The human body is alkaline by design but acid by function.  Maintaining the balance between these two at the cellular level is essential to good health or homeostasis - meaning perfect balance.

What does this really mean?

On a micro level, the body is made of organic and inorganic materials.  The organic materials (Blood, bone, tissue, etc.) are alkaline.  The inorganic materials (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc.) are acidic.

Organic materials are plentiful but without a catalyst to make them work, they are useless.  For example, without stomach acid, you would not be able to digest your food.  It's the enzyme action in the stomach that predigests your food for absorption.  Stomach acid has a pH of around 3.

 PH Scale:        Acid  < 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7  -  7.5  -  8 - 9 -  10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 > Alkaline        (7.5 = neutral)

The body uses around 3000 enzymes (catalysts) to function properly.  They produce the fluid in your eyes, nose and throat that allows you to blink, smell, swallow, and breathe.  They replenish the fluid in our joints, make semen, allow the immune system to attack invaders.  Every single one of your 60 trillion cells needs enzymes to function.

Here is a Partial To-Do List that would not be possible without Enzymes

  • Eat, Digest, Absorb Nutrients

  • See, Hear, Smell, Taste, Breathe, & Move

  • Immune Function

  • Blood & Cardiovascular Functions

  • Kidneys, Liver, Elimination of Toxins

  • Excretion, Reproduction

  • Thinking, Dreaming

  • Sexual Activity

By measuring our enzymes doctors can learn how the body is functioning, alert us about illnesses and monitor responses to various treatments.

Here is the Key

The body needs inorganic raw materials to make enzymes... primarily minerals.  Vitamins are also needed but the human body can make certain vitamins. it cannot make minerals.  Minerals must come from mother nature.

The Bottom Line

Since the body cannot function without enzymes, and enzymes cannot be manufactured without minerals, and since everyone eats food and absorbs a certain amount of vitamins, the real cause of disease is mineral deficiency.

Give the body the right minerals in the proper balance and proportions and it will make whatever it needs to maximize health and wellness so long as the raw materials are available.  But be careful, minerals in improper dosages can be toxic and once absorbed can be very difficult to eliminate.  In essence, they can do a lot of harm if misused.
