AltMedAngel.com offers the following Refund Policy to its consumers. AltMedAngel.com is a seller of self-help downloadable content here forward referred to as DLC(s) and digital content that can be viewed via access through free and paid protected website portals.

Due to the nature of our products they technically cannot be "returned" and therefore remains permanent on the device space for which it was originally downloaded from, unless manually deleted by the consumer. We have no means to ensure our content has been fully deleted, so therefore our, No Refund Policy is in effect.

As of April 14, 2022 while much of our information is free to the public, our standard policy for refunds is: We do not offer refunds.

DLC Refund Policy

By clicking "purchase" you agree that AltMedAngel.com provides you with immediate access to digital content as soon as you complete your purchase, without waiting the 14-day withdrawal period. Therefore, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase.

You also agree that upon clicking any button to complete a purchase action with AltMedAngel.com, you waive all rights to a refund.

Method of delivery of DLC's:

The secured cloud storage that manages AltMedAngel.com products' delivery redirects the buyer to an instant download of the product after a successful payment. The buyer is also sent a link to a download page in a thank-you email. These are secure links which will expire after the maximum number of download attempts or hours (whichever comes first) are reached. Please check your spam folder or junk email box if you do not receive our email directly to your inbox. If you still believe you have not received your purchase notification and link(s) for download, please contact customer support.

Live and Virtual Events

AltMedAngel.com ~ relies on an in-depth interview process before purchase. If circumstances arise that prevent the customer/client from completing the program, the unused portion of the coaching hours may be refunded at the discretion of AltMedAngel.com. You agree that the final decision made by AltMedAngel.com will be final.
